A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking (if payment is not received within 24 hours, your spot will not be held). If there is a remaining balance, it is due at the date of the session.

In the event of rain, the session will be rescheduled within the season and is subject to the availability of the client and the photographer.

If cancelled before 7 days of the shoot, the deposit will be credited for another shoot within the same season. If you cancel within 7 days of the shoot or are a no show for your session, your deposit will be forfeited and no credit will be available.

You must show up for your session at least 15 minutes early. If you are running late, we can’t extend the session unless the photographer is available.

Pets are allowed and must be leashed. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your pet.

All session packages include access to the online gallery, limited edited HR digital images, and print release. Additional digital images are available for purchase. LPS offers printing services, don’t hesitate to ask!

All packages include 30 minute travel time from our previous photo session. A travel fee (starting at $75) applies if the location is more than 30 minutes away from the photographer’s location.
